Co-innovation
Co-innovation is at the heart of Cisco's innovation strategy. Vivatech showcased many examples in Smart City tech and Startup acceleration.
CO-INNOVATING FOR SMARTER CITIES
At Vivatech, Valeo and Cisco announced the signature of a cooperation agreement to develop strategic innovations in smart mobility. Cyber Valet Services, a project resulting from this collaboration, was unveiled on the spot.
This unique solution now enables vehicles to park safely and autonomously, i.e., without a driver on board, in connected car parks.
The Valeo/Cisco Cyber Valet Services co-innovation project is giving impetus to urban mobility improvements by opening up new possibilities for users.

One of the main pillars to make cities more sustainable is the development of Smart Buildings.
During Vivatech, Cisco and Bougyes Construction announced a new partnership to develop long-term collaboration with a simple goal in mind: accelerating the development of connected and smart buildings for smarter cities.
DEMOS ON OUR LAB
The Lab highlighted innovations developed with partners and startups assisted by Cisco.
Work patterns are changing and offices need to be redesigned to foster creativity, innovation, collaboration and productivity. 2 simple examples:
With Eugénie at Work: an application integrated with the building to enhance visitor safety, and manage meeting rooms and parking lots. It enables building operators to provide an optimum level of service for the safety and comfort of its occupants.
With Nexity: full-scale, live prototype with Cisco to simplify and improve the lives of its employees (room occupancy and temperature, air quality in each room, etc) with Cisco's CAM platform.
For an improved workforce experience, we need agile tools adapted to new forms of remote work. Azendoo integrates with Cisco Spark and simply shares its to-do-lists with teams connected by Spark.
At VivaTech we illustrated different phases of collaboration via Cisco Spark and Azendoo. The integration allows for monitoring and analyzing actions for the next meeting.
Tellmeplus showcased the benefits of Edge Computing for the Industry with the decision-making ability of local objects ("At the Edge of the Network"). Thanks to its patented artificial intelligence technology, modeling and deployment of predictive models and performance monitoring are achieved with a few clicks.
Mapwize was the Official Supplier of the Viva Technology Map. It allowed visitors to find their way easily and experience the animations around them. The geolocation of the users was done in real time thanks to the Cisco's CMX system.
