Provable Segmentation Compliance: Addressing most important regulatory compliance use cases, this feature allows the operator to use NAE to continuously verify that the network policy is always adhering to business compliance requirements. Network IT teams can now quickly fix violations and prove to external auditors, and internal InfoSec and Governance teams, that the network is compliant and reduce business risk or being subject to regulatory fines.

Powerful Policy Change Analysis workflow: Semantic delta analysis compares the policy between two-time stamps, a “before and after” comparison. This is very powerful for change management and rapid troubleshooting of operational issues. The feature answers the question, “What changed in my network” – what policy changes occurred, what they impacted and who made the changes.

200 Leaf Support: Introducing NAE large virtual appliance to assure 200 Leaf Fabrics enabling assurance for large ACI Fabrics.

Enriched Interface Visualization: Interface visualization with severity based on application impact and policy intent to draw attention of Operations teams to interfaces of importance.

Forwarding Connectivity Analysis (Beta): Visualize the health of L3 communications across the entire fabric and perform forwarding connectivity analysis to determine if a pair of prefixes that are allowed to communicate by policy are able to do so by forwarding state. This is a Beta feature with plan for official support in a subsequent maintenance release.

Event Suppression: Ability for the operator to focus on Production events of interest by suppressing events not of interest, using flexible selection criteria.

Assurance Events and Event Enhancements: PC/vPC Interface events, Static Path Binding and Dynamic Path Binding events for PC/vPC Interfaces. Additional Overlapping Subnet events.

ACI Releases 4.0 added: NAE now supports ACI Release 1.3 through Release 4.0

NAE Splunk and ServiceNow Apps: Updates to Splunk and SNOW apps that work with NAE release 3.0(1) are underway and planned for release in December.
