At no additional cost, Webex Teams users can link their Office 365 accounts with Webex Teams and can share files from OneDrive or SharePoint Online in a Webex Teams space
Users can decide who can access shared files right within Webex Teams, and authenticated users can co-edit files right from the Webex Teams app. Updates are synced with OneDrive or SharePoint Online so the latest content is always accessible from Webex Teams.
This solution helps users increase productivity by leveraging their Document Management System in O365.
It also seamlessly fits into a customer's existing DLP/CASB deployments and compliance tools. Notably, IT admins and security conscious customers can restrict file sharing in Webex Teams to OneDrive or SharePoint Online only.
