Cisco Leads and Prospects (formerly Sales Collaboration Platform – SCP) is the primary way for Cisco to work closely with our partners to accelerate growth by sharing Leads, Prospects, and Customer Intelligence with partner sales teams.
The system integrates with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) to help you close deals faster, giving you the advantage in the midmarket.

Access to Leads and Prospects is by invitation only. Partner Plus program participants • Partner will request access to the platform via there Partner marketing team or Partner account managers at Cisco. • An invitation Is then sent to partners to enrol • The partner PPE administrator will receive this email and will have to follow company level enrollment process detailed in the invitation letter. • At the individual level, Partner Admins will still need to register their additional Leads and Prospects users via the Partner Self Service (PSS) tool. Please note it is the Partner Program Enrollment (PPE) tool Administrator who actions this step. If you are already enrolled at the individual level, you can disregard this step.
1. Log into Partner Self Service (PSS) (www.cisco.com/go/pss) using CCO ID
2. Select ‘Access Management’ from the left-hand navigation Your own access is visible under section ‘View/Manage My Access’ (highlighted below) If you have the Partner Admin role for PSS, you can manage two roles for Lead & Prospects module: Administrator Sales Rep
3. In order to assign/revoke access for other users, administrators need to click to tab ‘Company access’
Within Company access, users may lookup other users by the following ways: a.) Search for Tool Users in Company (Search admin users by tools) b.) Search For an Individual (Search admin users by name OR email OR Cisco.com ID c.) View All Contact Access (Lists all contacts in company)
4. Click on ‘Add/Remove Access’ to edit access for individual (assign/revoke) You will see a list of channel tools and modules including ‘Leads & Prospects’ to which access can be provided for selected user.
5. Choose ‘Administrator’ if the individual should have visibility into ALL leads shared with your organization. –OR – Choose ‘Sales Rep’ if the individual should only follow up on leads specifically

6. To complete this request, please provide comments in the Confirm popup box to share that you are editing access for selected user and click ‘Submit.’
A welcome email will be sent to each enrolled individual with a link and instructions for accessing Leads & Prospects.
NOTE: It can take 14-36 hours after assignment by the Partner Admin for access to the system to be available to the new users.

The Leads and Prospects system sits on the partner Navigation Bar for Cisco.com properties
This seamlessly integrates several partner tools, making it easy to navigate between tools and eliminating the need for multiple bookmarks

Your profile in Partner Self Service (PSS) will determine which tools appear on your Navigation Bar

The Navigation Bar groups related partner tools into workspaces. Click the Workspace Selector to select from available workspaces:
The Activity Stream eliminates the need to track notifications from the following tools via email:
Leads and Prospects

As more tools are added to the Navigation Bar, related notifications will appear in the Activity Stream.
The Activity Stream provides a centralized location for PAs and PSRs to view notifications generated by Navigation Bar tools
New leads will be posted in real time to a PA’s Activity Stream as well as in red on their Dashboard
PSRs will only receive real-time notification of new leads in red on their Dashboard
Accessing Individual Records
There are several ways to sort records in list view:
A Lead is a potential sales opportunity in a company/account that has expressed an interest in a Cisco solution, and that is qualified by Cisco, a vendor, or a partner to have a need. The company/account is expecting a quick response - Leads are urgent.
