Gartner, a leading information technology and advisory company, has recognized Cisco as a leader in its July 2019 report titled, Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide. Gartner isn’t the first leading analyst firm to recognize Cisco’s role in the UCaaS market. In April 2019, the Aragon Research GlobeTM for UCC, also named Cisco as a market leader. IDC just released their IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Unified Communications and Collaboration Vendor Assessment that also positions Cisco as a leader.
Now the IT buyer community has an enterprise-ready and proven vendor they can choose to help them move their on-premises PBX network to the cloud. I, for one, am pleased we are recognized for our programs and hybrid strategies for transitioning customers from on-premises systems to the cloud at their own pace.
