In review and next steps
Cisco and Turtl have been in partnership since January 2018 after a successful POV trial phase at the end of 2017.
Initially the EMEA marketing team adopted Turtl with the purpose of helping them to deliver interactive internal comms with valuable engagement insights to help the team understand brand buy in and the effectiveness of their message.
This resulted in exceptional uptake, seeing both a 400% increase in reader engagement and a $200k saving in agency fees in EMEA alone.
Addressing the EMEA teams challenges
We have since taken the technology to 26 additional departments globally and have integrated our engagement metrics directly with Domo. This integration helps to both understand the performance of each individual communication, how the audience profile reacted and offers teams the ability to make data centric decisions over future versions, audience and strategies.
Turtl's unique experience drives efficient creation, deep engagement insight and is developed to offer a 'limited edit function' for sales teams to build, manage and generate bespoke client/prospect comms - when tied with insight, this is key insight for client facing team follow ups to proposals and prospect comms.
Our ultimate goal is to offer a solution to the sales and marketing challenge; how can we offer marketers a platform to offer the latest and greatest information, in a deliverable format which will offer insight for marketers and sales teams alike to make data centric decisions on the creation, delivery and future actions for each and every piece of content, comms and collateral sent out.
In the remainder of this document, we aim to detail the next major development of Turtl; evolving from a marketing tool to better understand content performance, to becoming the bridge between sales and marketing teams to allow users of Turtl a manageable solution to collateral and content versioning which is fed into your sales and partner sales teams. This consistency and ability to easily maintain collateral across multiple BU's and territories creates significant efficiencies across the marketing and sales teams to drive success.
