This new era is different
It requires us to work together even more closely and develop a rich ecosystem of partners to create a value proposition centered around a customer’s specific needs. The biggest innovations will be creating a solution that delivers the specific outcome a customer is looking for at that moment.
It requires new thinking, new strategies and business models, new playbooks and incentives, and a new approach to partnering. Partners are clearly at the center of one of the biggest shifts in history. We are not alone with this view.
