To gain access to all Cisco platforms, you as a partner must have a Cisco Connection Online IDentification, also known as a CCO ID. To access the application, you must complete two steps:
Obtain a Cisco.com User ID and password. go to https://idreg.cloudapps.cisco.com/idreg/register.do to create your ID. Once completed, You will receive an email confirming your confirming your Cisco.com User ID creation (see page 2 Step 1 of the PSS User Guide)
Obtain partner level access. This can be completed by associating your profile with your partner company. Refer to the “Associate Myself with a Company” section for the steps to complete this task (see page 6 of the PSS User Guide).
Don't forget to OPT IN to receive personalized communication(s) based on your persona/title (see page 25 of the PSS User Guide).

Partner Self Service is the convenient way to maintain your company, contacts and location information. It gives you the ability to manage your Company information, Location details and administer your Contacts for access association and proper communication about policies and program changes.
