1. Acquire a Cisco.com UserID (CCO ID) and password if you do not have one. If you do not have one, click here for instructions.
2. Attach your CCO ID to your employer's company account in Partner Self Service. Click here for instructions.
3. Access Marketing Velocity Central.
Note: If you have Cisco access in PSS, but do not have MVC access, you will need to work with someone at your company with MVC admin access. The contact with admin access will need to use PSS and update the new contact to give them MVC marketing and/or admin access.
Partner Admin Role = has access to funds, funding tool, and placing orders in the marketplace Marketing Role = has access to Velocity Central marketing content, but does not have access to funds or funding tool Sales Representative Role = has access only to their assigned leads’ profiles and event timelines in the Contact views
Individuals can be assigned to one or all of the above roles. Typically Partner Admins are also assigned the marketing role in order to allow access to all of the features and content in Marketing Velocity Central.
If a Marketing Role also wants Partner Admin rights, a Partner Admin from that partner must email Zift Support to give Admin rights to that individual.

Note: While this can (and often does) serve as a “set it and forget it” marketing automation tool, you do have to re-authenticate your social media accounts in Velocity Central every few months (depending on the social media platform). You must be a MVC Administrator to set up your social syndication.

Email workflows are a free, multi-touch email service. You can select solution-specific workflows and customize emails with your company's logo, color scheme, contact information, and value proposition. Email scheduling is automated, and analytics are included in the platform.
You are able to choose to execute a pre-made email workflow, or create your own from scratch using "create your own" email templates available by selecting "Campaigns" and then "Browse Emails" in the menu bar.
