With this mixed model, we can connect users from any PBX site to the Cisco cloud. Over time, you may choose to decommission any or all of your PBX estate.

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) Cloud is a private cloud offering from select Cisco certified channel partners globally. For large businesses, with 5,000+ users that have special business requirements for a private cloud solution, UCM Cloud is a complete cloud UCC platform.
