Chicken and Cashew Nut

I’ve visited Thailand a few years ago, where I tasted the best meal in my life. I wanted to learn how to make it, so I enrolled in a cooking class back home in Croatia with my friends and it was extremely fun! Our teacher Sarahlee moved to Croatia all the way from Thailand to spread the love for amazing Thai food and spices. Try this delicious meal and enjoy.

Direction

Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
Add cashew and fry. It will done quickly. Remove to bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in other wok.
Add garlic and stir fry until get good smell.
Add fried chicken, mix paprika,
onion and stir. Mix them well.
Add all seasoning and water or stock.
Add spring onion and cashew nut. Mix them very fast and short. Remove from heat and serve with steam rice

Ingredients

170 g. Chicken file, cut in piece
40 g. Mix colour paprika, cut in cube
30 g. Onion, cut into wedges
20 g. Cashew nut
1 green onion, cut into 1” pieces
1 clove garlic, chop
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chilli paste
Pinch of salt
½ cup vegetable oil
3-4 tablespoon water or stock
