Quoting and Ordering Success Track with New Software Enterprise Agreement

Follow these easy steps on how to Quote and Order for NEW Software EA customers wanting to attach Success Tracks

1. Create an Enterprise Agreement Deal by selecting the EA check box.

2. Provide the End customer details and required information. Select applicable incentives and submit the Deal for Qualification.

3. Create Proposal – Partners with EAMP access can easily navigate to EAMP tool. Provide all required details and select the required DNA EA Enrollment suites (Switching and/or Wireless)

4. Create an Enterprise Agreement Deal by selecting the EA check box.

5. Provide Smart Account and Virtual Account details on the CCW Quote.

6. If the DNA Center Appliance (EA-DNAC-OFFER) bundle is added, configure and attach the Success Tracks Service Level required by the customer.

7. Add and configure Campus Network architecture products and attach the Success Tracks service. Review and submit the Quote for approval.

8. Submit the quote for Order creation once approved by the AM.

9. Provide the Super User Admin details for the Success Track lines.

10. Provide the Shipping, Billing, Tax details and Purchase Order information. Submit the order.

Quoting and Ordering Success Track with existing Software Enterprise Agreement

Follow these easy steps on how to Quote and Order for Existing Software EA customers wanting to attach Success Tracks

1. Create a Quote/Order by providing existing SW EA customer details.

2. Add and configure Campus Network architecture products and attach the Success Tracks service level required.

3. Provide Smart Account and Virtual Account details for the SW EA customer on the Quote/Order.

4. Add any additional DNA Wireless products. There will be 100% SW EA BPA discounts.

5. Review and submit the Quote for approval. The order can be created once the Quote is approved.

6. Provide the Super User Admin details for the Success Tracks service lines.

7. Provide the Shipping, Billing, Tax details, and Purchase Order information. Submit the order.
