Quantity on each of the lines is NOT considered for the Success Track Orderability

Quote DOES NOT meet the Success Track Orderability rules:Success Track on Campus Product has the both HW and SW Support (L1NBD & L1SWT) on Line 1.0 and L2NBD on 3.0Line 1.0 and 3.0 has DIFFERENT Level of ST 4. Navigating to Review Tab - Error for Success Track Quote is displayed at header level and Quote is NOT eligible for Approval
