Cisco Network Insights Base (NI Base) application consists of a monitoring utility that are added to the Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC).
Day-0 and day-1 operations, such as provisioning, configuration, and segmentation, are increasingly streamlined and automated in modern data centers. The more challenging job is keeping these services running without outages, which means day-2 operations are even more critical. The App frees up network administrators from performing the repetitive job of log collection and attaching it to a TAC case.
The App also provides TAC with the ability to collect further logs without any dependency on customer availability.
