**Week 9**

A value-packed UCS server refresh package is here! While selling newer UCS servers, add (1) HyperFlex to quickly power and scale apps, (2) CWOM to recommend the best resource allocation for maximum app performance (on-prem and in the cloud), and (3) Intersight to manage and maintain the app infrastructure (including streamlining the overall refresh process with automated configuration testing).

Cisco Intersight automates maintenance and manages the infrastructure (UCS and HX) from a central place in the cloud (Intersight is a SaaS offering). It simplifies deployment of new servers or HX clusters, auto-compares configurations against the Cisco-tested compliance list, providing actionable intelligence, real-time alerting, and connects to Cisco TAC support.

Cisco UCS servers should be the foundation of your app infrastructure platform – built to run fast, at low cost, and reliably.

Cisco HyperFlex simplifies deployment of a hyperconverged app infrastructure (including related Cisco ecosystem partner components).

Cisco Workload Optimization Manager (CWOM) ensures the best app performance/optimization post-deployment of your hyperconverged app infrastructure, both on-prem and in the cloud (including workloads in AWS and Azure). CWOM works with UCS servers to assess the resources being used by all apps, making recommendations for how to best allocate those resources for maximum app performance while reducing costs for resources that aren’t used – even taking into account peak load predictions.
