ACT ToolACT, Cisco's Advocacy + Content Tool, globally tracks customer advocacy activities across the company, and centralizes customer references and content—making it easier for Cisco’s sales and marketing teams to streamline reference requests and quickly find content that has been verified by Cisco’s ContentX team.We just launched ACT, and the tool is already proving its value: we've responded to multiple customer reference requests and nominations and delivered more than 200 pieces of content, including customer stories and testimonials. Here is the SharePoint link with key information and access to login.We’re ready to take your story nominations, too! Tell us about your customers who’ve seen incredible results with Cisco solutions and are excited to share their stories with their peers, either publicly or privately.You can nominate your customer from within your SFDC opportunities, or access ACT directly through the portal link to submit your nomination.
