End of Support for TelePresence Server is approaching (February 28, 2021)

Decide to maintain meetings workload on-premises.
Acquire Cisco Meeting Server hardware, software, and licenses (SMP, PMP).
Acquire/determine network information for LDAP and TMS.
Plan and prepare dial plan details for calling into Cisco Meeting Server meetings and spaces.
Acquire Cisco Meeting Management hardware and software.

Deploy Cisco Meeting Server based on selected architecture (Combined Server v. Split Server).
Prepare and deploy security certificates for appropriate Cisco Meeting Server interfaces.
Deploy Cisco Meeting Management and integrate to Cisco Meeting Server.
Transition existing scheduled conferences from the TS/Conductor system to the new Cisco Meeting Server / Cisco Meeting Management system.
Distribute meeting client to end-users (Cisco Meeting App or Cisco Jabber).

Meeting experience customization (optional).
Implement recording and streaming (optional).
Enable @meet scheduling with O365 or Google cloud calendar services (optional).
Interoperation with Microsoft Skype (optional).
Remove TelePresenceConductor(s) and TelePresenceServer(s) from the deployment.

Disable CMR-H session type in Webex Site Admin at site and user-level (if transitioning from CMR-H)
