Automatic software updates simplify the operational process and minimize the time required to perform software upgrades for features and security enhancements.
Access to Webex Cloud-only features, like whiteboarding Webex Assistant voice control.
Automatic Firmware Management for the latest features and security fixes.

Create new Cisco Webex site with latest release of software.
Decide on whether Webex Edge Video Mesh is a requirement.
Verify quantity of available Webex Device licenses and acquire more if required.
Remove devices to be transitioned from on-premises call control (Unified CM or Expressway).
Remove devices from on-premises management (TMS).
Factory reset devices to be transitioned (recommended).
