1. To submit a Full Service Activity, click 'Campaigns' from the homepage.
2. Click 'Browse Campaigns,' then search vendors in the search bar. To see a list of all vendors, click on the 'Vendor Master Page' or you can scroll through the list of available vendors.
3. Once you choose the vendor you would like to order from, you'll see that all activities have been selected on the right hand side from the blue outline around each activity. You can learn more about each of the offering by clicking 'More Details.'
4. Click 'Select None' in the upper right hand corner to deselect all of the activities. Then choose which activity you would like to purchase - a blue box should appear around the activity. Then click 'Continue.'
5. From here, you will allocate the funding source from the drop down menu. Add any additional information or requests in the Special Instructions box. Then submit your order by clicking 'Continue.'
6. The order has now been placed. Once it is approved by your Cisco representative, an activity will automatically be generated in the funding tool. There is no further action required from the partner for ordering. The vendor may request a meeting to go over additional details to kick off campaign or activity.
View this video to see the CMA ordering process from start to finish. 1. Click on the 'Quick Links' on the homepage of Marketing Velocity Central.
2. Select the funds you are interested in spending. Then click 'Actions' on the correct fund. Select 'Invest Funds: Submit Custom Activities.'
3. Partner and Theater will be pre-filled. It is optional to enter 'Request Name' but recommended to reference your activity later. Enter an Activity Start and End Date. Note: The activity is not to start until activity request is submitted and approved.
4. Select an additional Contact from the drop down list if you wish to add a second contact besides yourself to the activity.
5. Select 'Marketing Mix' from the drop down. Each drop down will prompt a different set of 'Activity Types.' Select Activity Type based on your marketing activity.
6. Provide an Activity Description. This will be used to review your activity submission application to determine approval.
7. Based on the 'Activity Type,' different proof of performance will be required for the reimbursement process. Once an 'Activity Type' is selected, the proof of performance requirements for your selected activity will appear on the right side of the screen. You will be responsible for collecting the proof of performance and submitting in the funding tool for reimbursement.
8. Select your target market segment for the activity in the 'Target' drop down. Select your target technology for the activity in the 'Technology' drop down. Depending on the activity, additional questions may be required.
9. Provide the total activity cost and include the amount requested from the marketing fund you are spending. These two costs can match.
10. Review the program requirements and guidelines. Click 'Submit' once you have completed the form to the best of your abilities.

2. Once you have 'Selected None' to deactivate all of the packages, choose the Request a Quote package option.
3. Fill in the Special Instructions comments box with more details on what services you are looking for, your budget and the funding source you would like to use. Click 'Continue.'
4. At this stage, the vendor will contact you to get more details. Then they will provide you a quote through Marketing Velocity Central. You can review and accept the quote from within the platform.
5. Marketing Velocity Central requires you to add the point of contacts from your business that are associated with this activity.
6. Once the quote has been accepted, Cisco will need to approve the activity to make sure it adheres to funding guidelines. Once all parties have approved, the activity can begin. You will not need to take any further action in the funding tool. An activity will automatically be generated.
7. Any leads that are generated from the activity will be uploaded by the vendor into Marketing Velocity Central. If the activity does not require leads for proof of performance, the vendor will submit proof of performance on behalf of the partner based on the requirements.
