Use this toolkit to get support from the executive assistants, after all, they’re the power users. Create awareness, show them the benefits, and inspire with use cases. Your time is precious so you don’t have to do everything, just what you have time for that makes the biggest impact. Phase it out over several weeks and ask your colleagues to help you. The more time you devote, the more people will use Webex Meetings.
Ask your IT teams to confirm everyone has a Webex Meetings account and the calendar plug-in. Find out how new joiners get a Webex Meetings account and instructions on how to log in. Think about how meetings will be scheduled going forward and what change over will need to happen.
Write to the executive assistants asking them to support the role out of Webex Meetings with the leadership team. Include one or two of the use cases to show them the value of Webex Meetings, how scheduling just got simpler, and how they can add the “wow factor” to every meeting. You’ll find a template in this toolkit that you can customize.
Spend some time coaching the executive assistants so they can enable the leadership team. Show them how scheduling just became simple, where they can add value to meetings, and the power of video. Try a 1 hour Webex drop in to show them the tools.
