All-in-one device for team collaboration

With the Cisco Webex Board, you can wirelessly present, whiteboard, video or audio conference, and even annotate shared content. The Webex Board has everything you need for team collaboration at the touch of a finger. Use the Cisco Webex Teams app to connect with virtual team members through the devices of their choice.

Continuous collaboration

You can store anything you create on the Webex Board within a Webex Teams Space. Team members can use the Webex Teams app to continue where they left off.

Note: Sometimes after you've started a call from the app on your phone, you realise you need the privacy of a meeting room. You can seamlessly move the call from the Webex Teams app to a Webex board without needing to reconnect the call. And if you need to, you can also move a call from a device back to the app.

On your mobile phone, simply tap the More button (3 dots) and tap Move Call. You can still use the app as a remote control to mute yourself, adjust the call volume, or end the call.

Open a Space on a Board

You need to be paired to a Cisco Webex Board to open an existing space on it. If it has not happened automatically, click Search for a Device, a PIN number will appear on the Webex Board. Enter the PIN into the Webex Teams app and the devices will be paired.

When your desktop Webex Teams app is connected to a Webex Board, you see the board's name at the bottom of your Space list. If you want to pair to another board, select one of the other boards you have been connected to earlier or search for one by name.
Select the Webex Teams Space that you want to open on your board. Then, click Open a Space.
Now you can see the name of the opened Space on the top left of the board's screen and access all the activities on it.
To close the Space, select Close the Space from the board.
