TRACKphoneLite™ is a smartphone app used for enhanced community supervision and case management, providing additional applications for participants to achieve success and receive proper delivery of needed services for addiction and homelessness.
TRACKcase™ provides your community supervisors access to a case management system through a secure website. TRACKcase delivers collaborative tools to coordinate with your support core and provide access to rehabilitative support and materials based on ongoing assessments.
