Siam Discovery created a mobile app for its customers using Cisco’s Hyperlocation Solution (Cisco Aironet™ 3700 Series wireless access point), which is the industry’s first Wi-Fi network-based location system that can help businesses pinpoint a user’s location within one to three meters. With this app, Siam Discovery can now cater to their customers’ needs on a more personalized level and build loyalty by delivering relevant, real-time messages or offers at the relevant point-of-decision. Users can also make advanced reservation for a parking spot, a restaurant table and even co-working spaces.
Siam Discovery's Wi-Fi system includes the 330 Cisco Aironet® 3700 Series wireless access points, which can handle up to 20,000 mobile devices and provide Internet speeds of up to 1.3 gigabits per second for shoppers.
