Since the relaunch of Siam Discovery in May 2016, its customer database has already grew by 40%, and customer spending in the new mall has increased by 30% compared with the same period last year. The Siam Discovery app is particularly popular with its customers, with close to 40,000 downloads, and 30% of these are active users. Approximately 80% of the new members have also expressed interest in the app as it delivers exclusive news and relevant promotions to their fingertips, making it the best shopping companion in Siam Discovery’s virtual world.
