Event Marketing Manager | SwitzerlandI joined Cisco, in mid-June, as an Event Manager for end-client events and to support the different architectures with their events.Before Cisco, I worked in various different 5 star Hotels., across the globe, which finally led me towards the event industry.
In the last 5 years I worked in a large internationally known events agency. Here they organise and execute small and large scale events in all varieties for Swiss and international companies all around the world.I have lived in Zurich for the past 10 years now and I am really excited to get to know the Cisco team as well as the industry better.My goal is to organize events, across all architectures and to get a great return from end-clients by capturing their needs and requests.Let’s rock some cool events to stand out!My Top 3 ThingsI like:

Gert-Jan Nicolai | Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator | NorthHi, I’m Gert-Jan and I started at Cisco Belux in May. I joined the marketing team, where I have 2 different responsibilities. Firstly, I'm known as an Engagement Manager which entails full funnel marketing. Tactics as social media, content creation, lead management, automation, website optimization, paid media, omni channel marketing and audiences - all with a foundation in analytics and customer experience.Secondly, I'm responsible for organizing the partner and end-user events, that Cisco is holding on- and off-site. I gained working experience by planning and implementing commercial communications in a corporate strategy. As a student, I studied marketing management at the university of Leuven. Today, I enjoy learning about digital media, web and graphic design and meeting peers with a strong passion for digital marketing.
