We are pleased to report that we are now able to transition back to MRM for all Event related emails as of April 30, 2018.
Please note that MRM’s SLA for most standard event requests will be completed in 5 days. A standard event request would include invite emails + registration page + reminders + confirmations + thank you / missed you emails. Items that would increase the SLA are multiple languages (+2 days for 2-4 languages) and extensive customizations. MRM will communicate the SLA to requestors when they submit an event.

Requests can be submitted with the usual I-Request process. Please remember to submit the request as an EVENT in MRM Works.
