Environmental Sustainability Specialization (ESS) Program: There are nearly 1000 partners worldwide who are ESS certified for participating in Cisco’s global commitment to 100% product return upon request at no cost to our customers. This program gives ESS partners exclusive eligibility for new incentive offers including incremental discounts of up to 7% on new products registered, with a commitment to return the used hardware back to Cisco.
