Enterprises have realized the power of hybrid work in attracting and retaining talent while increasing productivity. Nearly two-thirds (64 percent) of employees agree that the ability to work off-site instead of coming into the office every day directly affects whether they stay at or leave a job.
And while some may not be as engaged, others are more productive than ever. One study showed remote employees work 1.4 more days per month than their office-based counterparts, resulting in more than three additional weeks of work per year.1
