These new voice intelligence features are delivered with the added power of Cisco. Machine learning models help continue to build greater accuracy based on Cisco data (never customers data).

Cisco’s security is industry-leading. As a first-party provider of the transcription service, customer's data is kept safe from start to finish because it stays in the Cisco cloud.

Like all Cisco products, the Cisco Cloud security data governance, compliance, and e-discovery guidelines apply. This gives customer's data the highest level of integrity.

Summary

Webex Assistant does not retain customer data for machine learning training.

No additional customer data integrations are required for Webex Assistant.

Webex Assistant for Webex Rooms listens only for the wake word, "OK Webex" or "Hey Webex." It stops listening when it detects silence or reaches its maximum time out.

Cisco products are built with privacy in mind. Webex Assistant is aligned with GDPR requirements.

Aggregated telemetry, quality metrics, and logs are measured by the Webex Assistant for Rooms service for quality purposes.

First-party voice intelligence with Cisco-owned data storage. The only provider in the market with in-house data management, preserving customer security.
