We’ve invested in Webex, a simple modern messaging and meeting solution to help global teams communicate faster. Everyone’s getting Webex soon. I’m sold on it and think we should use it with our executives and between us as well.

Our executives will love the mobile app because its chat feature is a faster way of getting just in time information from us when on the move. The video calling feature is a really convenient way to get connected when only a call will do, wherever they are in the world.

We can use it to speed up working with external people for travel arrangements, speaker events, and off-site meeting planning. Best of all, we can use it as our private watercooler chat group, to exchange ideas and learn from each other. I’ve attached some examples of what we can use it for.
