Joining a meeting from the Webex Board using One Button to Push (OBTP)

Joining a meeting has never been so easy. Since you booked the room, the Webex Board already knows about your meeting.

Step 1

Enter your booked meeting room.

Step 2

When you are ready tap Join Meeting directly on the Webex Board.

Joining a meeting from the Webex Board using the Call button to dial in

You can make a PSTN call or direct video calls from a Webex Board to contact someone or to dial into a meeting.

Step 1

Tap anywhere on the Webex Board screen.

Step 2

Then tap the Call icon.

Step 3

If you’re joining a meeting enter the address, and if you want to call a person use their name, email or phone number.

Step 4

When you’re ready tap Call.

Note: Also supported when joining a meeting from the Touch 10.

You can use the Webex Board to make regular telephone calls, eliminating the need for a conference room phone.

Join your meetings on the go by downloading the Webex or Webex Meetings app. Seamlessly move your meetings from one device to another or share files, applications or whiteboards from any device. Enter the code or the device will automatically pair.

To end your meeting

When you have finished your meeting tap the red button.

Note: When your meeting starts the camera will automatically focus on the person speaking, using speaker-tracking technology. And, if you use wireless screen sharing it allows you to present in an instant. Cables are no longer required.
