Pair your device and start sharing your content

Take control of your Webex Board by pairing your device to share screens, presentations, whiteboard, videos and audio at high frame rate, wherever you may be. Start by connecting your device to the Webex Board.

Step 1

Connect to the device.

Select the device to pair.

Step 3

Select the content to display.

Tip:

You can now pair your device and share your screens to any cloud registered Webex Board.

From your device browser, go to devices.webex.com, enter the board pairing code (alpha-numeric) to pair your device, once authenticated, connect to the device by entering the pairing code (4 digits).

Using your whiteboard

Collaborate with others using the whiteboard to share and capture your ideas or action plans.

Your team can annotate on them, ensuring no idea is ever missed even if your team is remote.

Start a new whiteboard

Start a new whiteboard to collaborate and brainstorm concepts and designs with co-workers.

Step 1

Simply tap the Webex Board to fully wake your Webex Board.

Step 2

Next tap the Whiteboard icon.

Step 3

You and your participants can use the supplied stylus or simply use your fingers to draw on the shared whiteboard in real time.

Tip:

Swipe to add more space on the whiteboard.

Using a Whiteboard in your meeting

Co-create and expand your whiteboard in seconds, you and your team can work and brainstorm together effortlessly, even if you’re on opposite sides of the world. And with the expanding whiteboard you can keep your ideas flowing never running out of space to capture them. Need to see the detail? No problem with pinch and zoom you never have to miss a thing.

Within your call press the Home button.

Next tap the Whiteboard icon.

Sharing your whiteboard using email

Sharing your whiteboard using email is a great way to share your meeting notes, actions and ideas with your team. Ensuring everyone has all the information captured at their fingertips and ready for reference or to review in the future.

Step 1

Finish creating your Whiteboard.

Step 2

Tap Email to send your Whiteboard.

Sharing your whiteboard using Webex

This is a great idea if you plan on continuing to work or need it for reference in the future. As everything is created on the virtual whiteboard it can be saved in your Webex space, so your team always knows where to find it should they need it in the future.

If you started your call through a Webex space your Whiteboard is automatically saved in that space.

If you are not connected to the Webex app, you can also save your whiteboard by creating a new Webex space for it.

Step 1

When you are ready tap Upload and Save to Webex.

Step 2

Select the people that you want to add to the space by tapping Add Recipient.

Step 2

Lastly, tap the check mark to complete the process.

Note: Once it’s in a space, the Saved to Webex option is not available.

Collaboration with your team

To create a duplicate of your original idea

Use the “Create a copy” to reproduce your original work, have multiple copies, or creating a template on which ideas get iterated upon. Once the whiteboard or screen capture is copied, you now have a duplicate version of your work and have others continue to collaborate.

Step 1

When you are ready, tap Upload and select Create a copy.

Step 2

Select the whiteboard or screen capture you would like to duplicate.
