Things to keep in mind for finance in the Control Hub

Claim your domains and claim your users, so you have control of all users in your company.
Decide if Cisco Webex is included in your SSO. We recommend that it’s included.
Decide whether you want people to talk only internally and/or externally.
We do recommend both.
Choose what kind of data are you storing: for Webex, we don’t save any video call data, we only save biometric data of your face. Webex Assistant commands are done in the hardware, so commands never leave the room. Therefore, Cisco is never listening or recording, only the command that was heard is pushed to the cloud storage.
Webex retention: Cisco doesn’t delete your data unless you set it to auto-delete at a certain time in the control hub.
Set idle timeouts, e.g. if Webex is idle for 10 minutes it will lockout.

Your Compliance Officer has e-discovery, which means they can search through any Space and chat for anything non-compliant e.g. Someone talking about share prices with someone external.
