Step 1
Open the Cisco Webex Meetings mobile app.
Step 2
Tap the cog at the top left corner of your screen.
Step 3
Tap General and switch on Use Touch ID, Clear Webex History, and Clear Shared Files.
Step 4
Tap the back arrow at the top left corner.
Step 5
Tap Audio & Video.
Step 6
Under Audio Connection, tap your preferred audio setting. Scroll down and under Video, select if you want to Use Mobile Data when you are not at Wi-Fi.
