Meetings in your personal room

To start or join a meeting in a personal room, you will need to be on the welcome screen in the Cisco Webex Meetings mobile app. The welcome screen is the screen with the big green Start Meeting button.

Start your own meeting in your personal room

Step 1

Tap Start Meeting.

Step 2

Select your preferred audio.

To join someone else’s meeting in their personal room:

Tap Join Meeting

Step 2

Type the meeting number. You can find this number in the invitation.

Step 3

Tap Join.

Step 4

Select your preferred audio.

Managing recordings

You can manage your recordings by going to the My Recordings screen in the Cisco Webex Meetings mobile app. From the welcome screen, just swipe from right to left to reach the My Recordings screen. To manage a specific recording tap the … icon behind its name and:

Step 1

Tap Playback to listen to the recording.

Step 2

Tap Edit Name to change the recording’s name.

Step 3

Tap Share to send the recording’s link to others.

Step 4

Tap Delete to remove the recording.
