Thank you for attending our first Small Business Executive Forum hosted by Marc Monday, VP Global Small Business in Barcelona. This was the first time we had brought together Partners, Distributors and Service Providers together for a focused feedback session around the opportunity we have together in Small Business. We have summarised some of the key discussion points in each section and we are now suggesting 4 areas which we would like to further work on and co-create with you to get your perspectives and insights
These areas will be:
Cisco Designed and “Small Business” Branding
Cisco Designed Bundles and pre-packaged solutions.
Pricing strategy - including MSRP and discount strategy for Cisco Designed portfolio
Deal registration process and overall partner experience
Our proposal is that we would like to use these topics to kick off our “Small Business Partner Advisory Board”. This group will meet physically on a bi-annual basis likely to be at Partner Summit and Cisco Live Europe, and quarterly via WebEx. Participation will be discretionary, and we will also use WebEx Teams to start to build out this exclusive community.
