As we wrap up FY19 it's been great to see what we've been getting up to, events we’ve attended and how much we have achieved. We’ll meet some of the new starters and marketing interns who have joined since the last issue, do make them feel welcome.One of the most important things for great team performance is to listen to each other so we can fly in formation, and Spotlight provides that overview of the whole region.
