Co-organized by Publicis and Les Echos, VivaTech is the world’s rendezvous for startups and leaders to celebrate innovation. It took place in Paris on May 24th-26, 2018 and gathered the world’s brightest minds and talent, and the best products.
With even more innovations presented, prestigious international partners and inspirational guests, Viva Technology has, for its third edition, surpassed all of its objectives and has established itself as the unmissable international rendezvous for innovation.
The Cisco lab was designed as a true experiential space. 24 selected start-ups were invited to take part in the challenges around two themes: "the workforce and the workplace of the future" and "the Internet of tomorrow".
Cisco hosted tech nuggets and experts to speak on various topics: Industry 4.0, Cisco Collaboration Tools, the Internet of Things, and ways to intelligently use object data, as well as cybersecurity issues and what Cisco is doing to combat abuse and protect users.
Several demonstration spaces illustrated these "Lab Talks", presenting Cisco's collaborative tools and novelties, Cisco sensor and geolocation devices and their utilities, as well as their research space, in cooperation with start-ups in which Cisco invests.
Cisco equipped all of the key spaces and majority of the Gold Partners' labs in this edition with its Cisco Webex Board, to promote teamwork by providing a unique and intuitive user experience.
